"This place did not disappoint. The staff was very helpful with everything from the start of the reservation. Very clear communication and nice property right on beach with pool Oceanside. Parking right by condo and kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay. All amenities listed . Very clean property. Right across from local stores and restaurants. Great for families! Hammerhead Fred’s restaurant is right across the street. I travel a bit and Hammerhead Fred’s had best chargrilled oysters in all of PCB. My family eats there everytime we visit David’s place. Definitely check them out and The Sunrise Cafe or The Pancakery for breakfasts and brunch. I only book Panama Beach Time's place when coming to Panama City beach now. Just do it, you will not regret. "What a view! I love how close it was from the front door to the emerald water! Only a flight of stairs and a few steps away. It was a superb condo to stay in with my family. "This is a nice condo in a good location. It is just off the beaten path and on a great section of beach. There are store and tourist attractions close by if you want that. We arrived to a very clean and well kept condo. It is on the 2nd floor which is nice as the pool is just below the unit. The ground floor would be hard to keep shades open as everyone would be looking in on you. Great beach access. Parking was tight with not enough spaces but maybe we were just there during busy week. Pool is right outside the window as well. Everything was clean, AC ice cold, we slept well and the staff was very responsive. "This was our first time to the area & we could not have gotten luckier. The place was exactly as pictured. We were steps from the pool and beach. There were grills on site to use. The place was exceptionally clean with extra pillows and blankets if needed. We flew in so bringing items with us was not an option. Remember to stop & pick up coffee for your morning cup. The location on the beach was a nice walk to Pineapple Willy's via the sand or for dinner to Hammerhead Fred's just a short walk behind the resort. A gas station, souvenir & liquor store are also very, very close. The pool was pretty blue & clean. This part of the beach was not super crowded like up closer to Pineapple Willys so it was nice to relax & loved that it was a low rise, only 3 stories. Easy parking as well.
